Terms of Service

Commission terms
I simply ask that you pay the full amount up front and are 100% content with the amount you are spending. If you lack funds, I will not bend my rules for you. I only accept payment through PayPal.
Half/Half Policy
This is a new policy only offered to close friends and mutuals.Half of the established payment will be paid before or after the initial and agreed upon sketch is finished. I will not continue past the sketch if I have not received the first half of the payment.After the lining and colouring process has been completed, or the rendering process has been started, I will ask for the remaining amount to be paid off. I can wait as long as need be, you are in no rush to get the money. But, be aware that the commission will not be completed if I have not been given the last half of the payment.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be available BEFORE the completion of the sketching process. If I have not yet started on the commission and you would like a refund, you will be given back 75% of what YOU have paid ME. If I have already started the process of lining/colouring, you will be given back 45% of what you have paid me.I will NOT grant a refund to you if I have completed the commission.If I am unable to complete the commission due to external circumstances, you will be given a FULL refund, however this may take time depending on my current situation.

Artists Note
I am a human being with a life and sometimes it might take longer than usual to complete commissions.
If you are mean to me for no reason, constantly ping/message me for updates that I can not give(or have already given), I will have no choice but to stop the commission. There will be no refund in situations like this.
